Purdy is a 2 year old Maine Coon Mix girl. She is a shy/fearful cat that needs someone to love. She is a vocal girl and tends to growl when she is fearful.  

She is not good with other cats, but is fine with dogs. Our home has a cat, and that is the main reason we are rehoming her.  She needs someone who will be patient with her and allow her to adjust to her new environment, as she gets overwhelmed very easily. Her home should be quiet and slow-paced. For this reason, she should not be adopted to a home with small children.
