Piwi was trapped when Maine Coon Rescue was in search of a lost cat. The only right thing to do was rescue this sweet cat when it was determined he had no home. The trapper kept Piwi, had him neutered and vaccinated and took him home. Later he had to give Piwi up. Piwi has not done well with other cats so he will need to be the only cat. This is something that must be adhered to explicitly because he has been returned twice because he isn't good with cats. He did fine with my foster cats so I thought he might be ok. Nope. He is nice and sweet with other cats at first, even sleeping and cuddling with them. But it doesn't take long before he begins attacking them. He MUST be an only cat. Not sure how he is with dogs as his previous owner did not have one. I think he would be fine with a dog as he seems laid back and nonplussed by most things. He hid for a day when he first got here which is normal for cats, but quickly came around and has been a love bug ever since! So be patient with him at first while he becomes comfortable enough to come out of his hiding place. He really is very sweet! Such a cool personality! He absolutely loves his tall cat tree! If you walk by it without petting him, or even after petting him and walking away, he will reach out to you for more pets! He's such a clown! Piwi is stunningly handsome. He's large and very soft and fluffy. Petting his soft coat makes me feel at peace. You can bury your fingers in his deep coat. I thought my cat was soft until I met Piwi. His coat is thick and plush. He is very sweet and affectionate with people and would love to have a family all to himself. He likes to be the center of attention. While playful, he is also laid back and very chill. You will fall in love with his adorable face. He can be yours if your home is what is best for him! He really is a great cat all around! Very expressive and loving and a real cuddle bug!
